I founded SK Associates & Group with a singular belief—that India’s next phase of economic leadership will be shaped not just by ideas, but by access to the right capital, global networks, and institutional guidance. My professional journey across global investment banking at J.P. Morgan and Citibank, combined with my legal practice before the Supreme Court of India and the Karnataka High Court, has given me a rare, integrated perspective on how capital, law, and strategy converge to build enduring enterprises.

My vision for SK A&G is to uplift and institutionalize India’s startup and growth ecosystem, empowering SMEs, startups, movie production houses, and established private companies to scale across India and expand confidently into global markets. I see SK A&G as a trusted growth partner—structuring sophisticated capital solutions across Private Debt, Private Equity, Debt Syndication, and M&A-led funding, while ensuring long-term value creation and governance excellence.

By 2050, my ambition is to help 5,000+ companies raise over USD 100 billion, transforming promising businesses into resilient, future-ready organizations. This mission is powered by our deep relationships with 150+ private investors, 100+ Fortune 500 business leaders and global family offices, 50+ leading PE and VC firms in India, and FINRA-registered investment funds in the United States, as well as strategic partners across the GCC.
