Our Story
SK Associates & Group is an ISO certified, Tier 1 startup consultancy that provides pro-bono consulting services to aspiring entrepreneurs. Founded in July 2021 by Shravan, the SK A&G has expanded its operations via its networks of 5,000+ Associates across 30+ countries over the globe. SK Associates & Group has hosted over 45+ International Business Conferences in collaboration with 20+ Brand Partner Universities across India. We have mentored 300+ student entrepreneurs via our flagship Student Entrepreneurs Bootcamps: a 1:1 mentorship program for aspiring CEO's. We have raised $30M till date for 50+ startups across India.

P. SHRAVAN KUMAR
Shravan is an investment banking professional with five years of experience across real estate, legal services, and cross-border capital advisory. Before founding SK A&G, he worked with JP Morgan and Citibank, supporting high-value M&A mandates through market research, financial analysis, and client advisory. He also serves as a Partner at Naidu Constructions, a ₹1,500-crore real estate group, and nine leading law firms nationwide, strengthening his ability to integrate capital, compliance, and strategic execution. With a cultivated network of 100+ global business leaders—including Fortune 500 executives, South Indian real estate promoters, GCC family offices and VCs, and FINRA-registered U.S. investment banks—Shravan brings deep access to global capital pools. This ecosystem enables SK A&G to support startups, SMEs, corporates, and film producers in structuring and securing fundraising rounds of up to $10B. A two-time TEDx speaker at DWPS Noida and PSNACET, Shravan combines analytical rigor with a dealmaker’s instinct, positioning SK A&G as a Tier-1 consultancy committed to solving India’s most complex fundraising challenges and accelerating business growth with precision and trust.

VAISHALI SHREE
Vaishali’s family has been into real estate for more than forty years, giving her exposure to traditional brokerage and client relationships at a young age. She authored and published her first book “Time Travels with Memories” at twenty. She is a proven leader, a people obsessed human resources professional and a second generation entrepreneur. Notable projects include achieving cost saving of over $41,000 by identifying redundancies, minimizing team overlap, and uncovering new role opportunities through review and redesign of organizational structure for a automation manufacturing client and crafting a loyalty reward framework, reducing attrition by 27% and increasing retention by 29% within a quarter. Through these experiences, Vaishali has built dynamic and resilient skill-set and expertise in the human capital space that she can apply across a broad range of business challenges in numerous industries and geographies.

DR. NAMRATA SHETTY
Dr. Namrata Shetty works at the intersection of healthcare, strategy, and partnerships, bringing over ten years of frontline clinical experience in dentistry along with active involvement in healthcare innovation and advisory discussions. Her background allows her to engage with founders not just as a connector, but as someone who understands execution, ethics, and real-world constraints from inside the system. Based in Pune, she is associated with Dr. Chauhan’s Dental Care since 10 years, where she has consistently delivered high-quality outcomes across conservative dentistry, endodontics, and aesthetic procedures. Her work is reflected in a 99% positive patient feedback record and hands-on collaboration in over 100 implant cases and full mouth rehabilitation—exposure that has shaped her structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Dr Shreekant Prasad is a Qualified CA, CMA, CIMA, CGMA, CFA, CPA & Actuary. He is the former Managing Director of Aashi Impex & Sudh Impex Pvt Ltd, Ovasta Enterprises Pvt Ltd & Validor Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd; based in Kolkata. Currently working as a Consultant to TFC (UK), Euro Exim Bank (Saint Lucia) & Silicon Valley Global (Phillipines). Dr Prasad has pursued his PhD in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Oxford in 2018. He is a registered Insolvency and Bankruptcy professional from NISM having worked with multiple international bodies such as World Bank and UNDP, Dr Prasad is a highly qualified and experienced Consultant serving as our Strategic Alliance Advisor.

Ranit Biswas is a Practicing Company Secretary and Founder of Resolve Consultancy India, an audit and consulting firm offering services in legal compliances, due diligence support, tax filings, secretarial audits, business licensing, intellectual property rights, taxation, and other regulatory approvals for companies on a retainership basis. Currently, Ranit is has 300+ Private Limited Companies, 200+ MSME's and 10 Public Listed Companies as clients on retainership. Ranit has worked for last 17+ years with more than 1,000 firms as a Consultant on various business verticals.

Tarun Tiwari is a passionate and purpose driven leader with 17+ years of experience, including 5 years in IT Consulting and 12+ years in social development and impact. Being the President of Jai Ho Foundation, one of the Top 3 NGO's in Madhya Pradesh having impacted more than 20 lakh individuals from financially weak, backward and marginalized sections of Indian society, Tarun has driven transformative initiatives in youth empowerment, financial literacy, educational empowerment, peacebuilding, mediation and social upliftment.
