Shravan is an investment banking professional with over five years of experience across real estate, legal services, and cross-border capital advisory. Before founding SK Associates & Group (SK A&G), he worked with JP Morgan and Citibank, supporting high-value M&A mandates through market research, financial analysis, and strategic client advisory. Blending analytical rigor with creative intellect, he is also recognized as a child prodigy in literature and research, having authored the bestselling anthology “The Saga of Fantasies” at just 19 years of age, and later publishing 9 research papers in International Journals after presenting at global conferences on entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, human resources, and organizational behaviour at 24. He serves as a Private Investor at Swiss Prime Site AG, a Swiss REIT with an AUM of CHF 21 Billion, and works closely with 10 leading law firms across India, strengthening his ability to integrate capital strategy, regulatory compliance, and execution frameworks. He is the former Managing Director of Aashi Impex & Sudh Impex Pvt Ltd, Ovasta Enterprises Pvt Ltd & Validor Management Consultancy Pvt Ltd; based in Kolkata. Currently working as a Consultant to TFC (UK), Euro Exim Bank (Saint Lucia) & Silicon Valley Global (Phillipines), Dr. Prasad has pursued his PhD in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Oxford in 2018.
