Samved always wanted to help others, be it in classroom or in the field, he always wished to support his friends and acquaintances through their hard times.
Samved got selected for an international Business Consulting Fellowship at Aarhus University in Denmark in '23 which kindled his passion to learn consulting. Samved later connected with his batchmate Digvijay who recommended him to join the Student Entrepreneurs Bootcamp offered by SK A&G.
Consulting In Denmark: A New Turn
Samved worked on with a team of experienced consultants on various local businesses in Denmark during his Fellowship which involved Middle Jutland Airport, Salling Automberg and Frotego (Plywood and Door Manufacturer). During those three months, Digvijay introduced Samved to the world of Startups and Entrepreneurship by getting him to attend various Conferences.
Samved loved hearing to various CEO's share their experiences and learnt a lot from them while they spoke of how they encountered challenges that came in their paths.
The Student Entrepreneurs Bootcamp
Samved enrolled in the Student Entrepreneurs Bootcamp to find that it proved to be more helpful for him than he expected. He researched on the growth and market cap in the digital marketing industry, he build packages of the services he wished to offer and tested them on various clients as a freelancer, he built his own website, incorporated his company, and even hired an entire team of 10 startup enthusiasts from his own batch!
Samved made mistakes, but he was guided by our Associate Mentors and he slowly and steadily built his dream, "Markscape Pvt Ltd" a Digital Marketing agency in Thane (Maharashtra) alongwith his friends who constantly supported him throughout the journey.
The Fire Within: Conflict Within Self
The real challenge for Samved was choosing his dream over a golden prison of lifelong slavery. When Deloitte, PwC and KPMG offered him with to join as an Analyst during his campus placements Samved was torn between his desire to earn a stable income and enjoy his youth or follow his passion and realize his dream. And the real fire started when his parents read his selection letters.
His parents suggested him to take a job and support the family income, to later marry and settle down peacefully. Inspite of facing peer pressure and threats to be boycotted by his entire family, Samved chose his dream after discussing the issue with his friends. Later on, Samved and his friends rented a 3BHK apartment in Thane and moved out of their homes to walk on the path of their dreams.
The Scene Today
Markscape Pvt Ltd filed ITR for an annaul turnover of 80 lakhs INR in April '24. In just 8 months of operations, Samved and his team built a clientele of 30 companies in Mumbai and Thane, providing them with leads, prospects, content writing services, social media marketing, SEO rankings, website building and many others.
Samved sees a bright future for himself and his friends where they aim to build a clientele of 500+ companies PAN India in the upcoming five years. They work 12- 18 hours daily to ensure they are on the right track to progress.
